Elaine Martens Hamilton, MATS, MA MFT
Founder/Director
Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist
“I see therapy as an opportunity to join with clients in their efforts to create internal and relational transformation. My focus is to help people discover why they might be stuck in relating and behaving patterns that aren’t working for them, as well as explore how they can create change and experience freedom in their lives. My background in theology makes the combination of theological concepts and therapeutic techniques a natural and exciting process for me, allowing me to address both spiritual and emotional concerns with clients.”

In addition to working with clients in private practice, she leads workshops and retreats on issues of emotional and spiritual growth. Elaine is also an adjunct professor at Bethel Seminary.

Charlie Ruce, MA IMF
Registered Marriage and Family Therapy Intern
“I believe therapy is an opportunity to discover more of who you are – your true self! As a therapist, I focus first on creating a safe environment for clients to explore their pain, frustrations, joys, challenges, desires, and any difficulties in their relationships. I then work with my clients to help them gain insight into what changes they need to make to find wholeness and happiness. Also, my previous experience as a college pastor as well as my educational background in theology have taught me that life is deeply spiritual and therefore finding wholeness often requires exploring this aspect of life as well. Whether you’re struggling with an addiction, a crisis, pain from the past, or just want to understand yourself better, I’d love to walk with you as you pursue healing and growth.” Click HERE for Charlie’s Video.

Caroline Fogarty, MRS, MFT
Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist
“From my perspective, therapy is a journey of discovery. Taking the first step can be exciting and challenging. Having someone come alongside to be a mirror, a coach, a facilitator, a guide and a travel partner can help us move forward and achieve our goals. In session, I use a number of therapeutic approaches to foster a unique experience, meeting you right where you are. Through my years of working in private practice, schools and acute care settings, I have found that empathy and compassion are two essential elements needed to create a safe place for healing and growth. It brings me great joy to partner with you as you embark on this journey..”
